Fly Flow Media started out in 2022 as a drone business in York, specialising in FPV drone filming. ​Founder Dan Pingstone began his journey as a drone pilot in 2015, building, programming and racing his own drones. Dan has developed excellent piloting skills from hundreds of hours of experience, flying both Line-of-sight (LOS) and First Person View (FPV) drones. This experience enables us to capture awe inspiring footage with drones.

After achieving his PhD in Physics and after several years working and training to become a patent attorney, Daniel decided to take his technical knowledge, attention to detail and years of experience with drones to set up Fly Flow Media alongside FastAir Frames.  Through our experience and knowledge in camera and drone hardware, we are able to offer FPV Cinelifter services to the Film and TV industry.  We also provide full-service video production to businesses looking for a one-stop shop for their video needs.
